Product Characteristics

Woven fabric out of Polyester yarn with high performance coating

Thin liner (3mm) without seam. Nearly no loss of diameter and easy application of sealings.

Class C system according to ISO11295

The Tubetex G is an interactive system and entirely bonded to the host pipe. Mechanical properties are given by the host pipe and the liner will provide corrosion and leakage protection.

Earthquake approved

Originally developed for the Japanese market, the liner had to maintain functionality even if the host pipe fails due to an earthquake event.

CIPP (Inversion)

Inversion liner to be used with a special developed Epoxy-resin.

Tested according DVGW VP404

German standard for water and gas pipes. Tests include reconnecting and new connections of laterals after installation of the liner.
