NORDILINER was selected to rehabilitate the DN750 sewer main. The liner was installed as a flexible inserted hose system and winched through the existing pipeline from one access point to another.

NORDILINER provided a loose-fit lining solution capable of operating under internal pressure. Its flexibility allowed the liner to pass through the existing bends, while the installed system provided protection against further corrosion and leakage of the host pipe. The method also reduced the need for excavation, which was a critical requirement due to the pipeline alignment and surrounding infrastructure.

Project Result

The project was successfully completed using NordiTube IH Liner technology. The solution provided the following outcomes:

  • Successful rehabilitation of the DN750 sewer main ensures a minimum design life of 50 years.

  • Restored the pressure performance of the pipeline using the inserted hose liner system.
